We were always made welcome when we called in to Sunshine Toyota and offered tea/coffee (very nice Latte's!) If Tommy happened to be with another customer when we arrived Paul or another staff member would come over and chat. Amanda was very informative about the packages available when we first signed up and Lisa was excellent with keeping us updated on the progress of our car and with the final delivery, explaining the many different functions of the Prado. All in all a great experience thank you to all staff.

Chris was exceptional, so much so, that we struck up a very good rapport from the start. Whilst the sale of motor vehicles can be seen as, sometimes, sell, sell, sell. Not so with Chris (and Paul). I was at ease from the start culminating in the purchase by me of the Rav4. The 'pick up' day was dealt with very professionally by all staff throughout the process to finally having 'keys in hand'. I might add I was almost sold on the Honda CRV and had visited the Honda dealership until I decided to call into the Toyota dealership "on the lake at Currimundi". My wife (still in Sydney) currently has a 1994 wide body Camry, hence the call in to check out Toyota before making a decision....Toyota vs. Honda. When my wife finally comes up to live the Camry will not be coming hence we will be calling in (hopefully to see Chris) to purchase a Corolla or Camry. Once again thank you for the courtesy and professionalism shown to me during the purchase.

I have been dealing with Julie Phillip for some years now and she is the most honest and best sales person I have ever come across. I have dealt with many dealers over the years and also worked in the industry. Her product knowledge of all the vehicles is excellent and she has always provided me with great service with every vehicle I have purchased. The rest of the staff that I had contact with were also great, and Gavin the mobile mechanic has been servicing all my work vehicles for some years now and also provides excellent service. We had a test drive of a friend’s Aurion and liked it. We liked your ads... it is good to see the dealers get involved in a fun way and hope you guys will do some more. Our experience with Sunshine Toyota was excellent, the salesman, Michael, was excellent, the car is excellent. We paid for the vehicle in full on the day we decided to buy it. We didn't see the vehicle till the day we took delivery... The ONLY comment I would make is that I am an AFL follower and Toyota sponsor AFL... Toyota Broncos caps are really cool, a Lions or Suns cap would have been even better... (An Essendon one would have been outstanding however I appreciate the 2000 km difference in point of purchase). Seriously, our experience with Sunshine Toyota was fantastic and we will be recommending you to our friends and acquaintances....well done all round.

The matter was rectified by the service dept. promptly and courteously...Thank you! We are considering replacing our Celica as well and when the time comes Sunshine Toyota will be our first port of call. The Sunshine Toyota service centre at Sippy Downs has looked after my car for several years and because of their excellent service, I have become a loyal returning customer. I trust their advice and my 2003 Camry Altise Sport has been reliable and I have been very happy with the performance of this vehicle for the past 7 years 6 months. I would probably buy another Toyota in the future and I will definitely remain a customer of the Toyota Sippy Downs Service centre. Their workshop is bright, clean and spotless and they take pride in their work. I also think their service charges are fair.
