We joined forces with our friends at the Alex Surf Club and Sea FM again this year to bring our local families the third annual Sunshine Toyota Easter Egg Hunt Event at the Alex Surf Club.
Hundreds of Sunny Coast families turned out on Easter Saturday to join in the fun... and to eat some chocolate! We are proud supporters of the Alex because they are a community-minded organisation whose values align with our own. We have partnered to host the Easter event for three years now and every year it gets bigger and better.

From 8am-10am we put on five free Easter egg hunts with over 7,000 chocolate eggs! The kids absolutely loved it! In between each hunt, there were lots for the kids to do as we gathered like-minded businesses who were prepared to donate their services. Thanks to Twisted Mr for balloon creations and face painting and to Jump Sunshine Coast for the jumping castle. The Alex even Nippers put on a BBQ.
We place great importance on strengthening our community partnerships and we get an enormous amount of pleasure seeing local families enjoying the day. One mother commented on Facebook that it has become a tradition in her family to attend our event and her kids look forward to it each year. As our Dealer Principal Darren Venning said “sometimes its not about selling cars, its just about giving back to your community.”
