The Promotion: 

Sunshine Toyota (the promoter) is running a Service & Win promotion where customers who book in and service their vehicle during the promotion period will go into the draw to win $1,000.   

Who can enter: 

1. Entry is open only to residents of the Sunshine Coast over the age of 18, except employees and immediate family members of the promoter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister. 
2. Entrants into the competition must be aged 18 or older on the date of their entry. 
3. The promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address in order to claim the prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered (another winner will be randomly drawn). 

When to enter: 

4. Entries for the competition open on Friday 1st August 2025 at 7:30am AEST and closes on Saturday 30th of August at 5pm AEST. The promoter must receive entries after the competition start date and time and before the close date and time. 
5. Entries received before the competition open time and after the competition close will be invalid. 
6. The time of entry in each case will be the time the online entry is received by the promoter’s database, not at the time of transmission by the entrant. 
7. The promoter will accept no responsibility for any late, lost, or misdirected entries including the delay of entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or any other reason. 

How to enter: 

8. Entrants will need to book their vehicle in for a service at either Sunshine Toyota Currimundi or Sunshine Toyota Sippy Downs service centres.  
9. Entrants can submit their first entry by servicing their car at Sunshine Toyota during the promotional period. 
10. All customers who have completed a service during the promotional period will receive a digital ticket in the draw. 
11. Entrants are required to take full responsibility for ensuring their customer contact details provided at time of booking are correct to comply with the promoter’s terms and conditions. 
12. The promoter may edit, modify, delete, remove, or takedown any part of an entrant’s entry. 
13. An entrant’s entry must not include: 
Content that contravenes any law or infringes the right of any person. 
Content that is potentially insulting, defamatory, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, indecent or otherwise inappropriate behaviour (swearing, malice). 

14. All entries / content deemed inappropriate by the promoter will be removed and the entry will be considered invalid. 18. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entrant/entry if: 

• Any or all entries are made on behalf of the entrant by a third party. 

• The entrant tampers with the entry process. 

• The entrant is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. 

• The entrant, in the opinion of the promoter engaged in conduct in entering the promotion that is misleading, deceptive or generally damaging the reputation of the promotion/promoter.  

Number of Entries Permitted: 

 15. Entrants can receive 1 competition entry per vehicle service. 

Determination and Notification of winner: 

16. The winner will have a valid entry submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. 
17. The winner will be chosen at random via a virtual barrel draw on Wednesday 3rd September 2025 at Sunshine Toyota Currimundi. The winner will be contacted via phone by a Sunshine Toyota team member on the same day as the draw. 
18. The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result or any other decisions the promoter makes in connection with the promotion. 
19. As part of the competition the prize winners agree to have their name and face published on all of Sunshine Toyota’s Social Media platforms, if the winner chooses not to do this the entry is null & void and a new weekly winner will be drawn. 
20. If the winner has not claimed the prize by the next business day after the weekly draw then he or she will forfeit the prize and the prize will be awarded to another randomly chosen valid entry submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. 

Prize on Offer: 

21. The prize that will be awarded to one winner is $1,000 which will be paid by EFT to the winners nominated bank account. 
22. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged. 
23. The prize is non-refundable. 
24. The winner of the prize must comply with all the terms and conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier. 
25. The prize must be claimed by the following business day after the weekly draw. If the winner does not take the prize by that time, the prize will forfeited by the winner and re-drawn.  

Further Terms and Conditions: 

26. The promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend the competition if an event beyond the control of the promoter occurs including the corruption of fairness, integrity and administration security. 
27. The promoter has no responsibility for any error, interruption or delay in entries. 
28. If the competition is not capable of running as planned for any reason or causes beyond the control of the promoter. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the competition. 
29. The promoter reserves the right to re-draw the winner if the entrant is unable to satisfy these terms and conditions. 
30. By entering the competition, the entrant accepts these Terms and Conditions as in force at the time their first entry is submitted.

Sunshine Toyota reserves the right to amend the offer and terms at any stage.
