Sunshine Toyota 8 Week Prize Giveaway Promotion

Terms and Conditions Apply

The Sunshine Toyota 8 Week Prize Giveaway Promotion ("Promotion") is open to customers who purchase a new, used or demonstrator vehicle from Sunshine Toyota between 12 October 2026 and 7 December 2026 inclusive and take delivery of their vehicle no later than 31 January 2027.

Eligible customers will receive one (1) entry per eligible vehicle purchased during the promotional period. Multiple eligible vehicle purchases will receive multiple entries.

This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other advertised offer, promotion, discount or incentive unless otherwise approved by Sunshine Toyota.

Employees of Sunshine Toyota and their immediate family members, household members, spouses, partners, children, parents, siblings and close associates are not eligible to enter or win this Promotion.

The Promotion will run for eight (8) consecutive weeks. One (1) provisional winner and one (1) reserve ("wildcard") winner will be drawn each week from all eligible entries received during that week's promotional period.

At the conclusion of the Promotion, all weekly winners will be invited to attend a prize selection event at Sunshine Toyota Currimundi on Tuesday, 8 December 2026 between 5:30pm and 6:00pm.

At the event, each weekly winner will randomly draw a number to determine the order in which they may select their prize. The winner who draws number one will have first choice of the available prizes, followed by number two and so on until all prizes have been allocated.

Weekly winners must be present at the prize selection event to claim their prize. If a winner is unable to attend, they may nominate a representative to attend and claim the prize on their behalf. Sunshine Toyota may require proof of authorisation from the winner.

Should a weekly winner fail to attend (or nominate a representative), be deemed ineligible, cancel their vehicle purchase, or otherwise fail to complete purchase & delivery of their vehicle, Sunshine Toyota reserves the right to conduct a replacement draw. All reserve ("wildcard") winners from the eight (8) weekly draws will be entered into a second chance draw, from which one replacement winner will be selected at random.

Prizes will be awarded upon delivery of the purchased vehicle. Where a vehicle has already been delivered at the time of the prize selection event, the winner may take possession of their prize immediately following allocation.
