Sunshine Toyota $500 Visa Gift Card Giveaway

Sunshine Toyota (the promoter) is running a Visa Prepaid Gift Card promotion where customers who interact with the company’s three selected Facebook videos during the promotion period will go into the draw to win one $500 Visa Prepaid Gift Card.

Who can enter:

1. Entry is open only to residents of the Sunshine Coast over the age of 18, except employees and immediate family members of the promoter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister.

2. Entrants into the competition must be aged 18 or older on the date of their entry.

3.The promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address in order to claim the prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered (another winner will be randomly drawn).

When to enter:

4. Entries for the competition open on Sunday 20th of December 2020 at 12pm AEST and closes on Thursday the 31st of December 2020 at 9pm AEST. The promoter must receive entries after the competition start date and time and before the close date and time.

5. Entries received before the competition open time and after the competition close will be invalid.

6. The time of entry in each case will be the time the online entry is received by the promoter’s database, not at the time of transmission by the entrant.

7. The promoter will accept no responsibility for any late, lost, or misdirected entries including the delay of entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or any other reason.

How to enter:

For each video:

8. Entrants will need access to the internet.

9. Entrants can submit their first entry by liking Sunshine Toyota’s selected video, liking the Sunshine Toyota Facebook page, commenting what Toyota they would want for Christmas and tagging a friend,  (this must be repeated for each video).

10. For every entry after the first, entrants must comment on what Toyota they would want for Christmas and tag a different friend, each time they enter.

11. Entrant’s tag/s, comments, and likes must stay for the duration of the competition to be valid.

12. Entrants must still like the Sunshine Toyota Facebook page when the prize is drawn to be valid.

13. Entrants are required to take full responsibility for the content of their entry and for ensuring that their entry complies with the promoter’s terms and conditions.

14. The promoter may edit, modify, delete, remove, or takedown any part of an entrant’s entry.

15. An entrant’s entry must not include:

• Content that contravenes any law or infringes the right of any person.
• Content that is potentially insulting, defamatory, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, indecent or otherwise inappropriate behaviour (swearing, malice).

16. All entries / content deemed inappropriate by the promoter will be removed and the entry will be considered invalid.

17. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entrant/entry if:

• Any or all entries are made on behalf of the entrant by a third party.
• The entrant tampers with the entry process.
• The entrant is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
• The entrant, in the opinion of the promoter engaged in conduct in entering the promotion that is misleading, deceptive or generally damaging the reputation of the promotion/promoter. This includes but is not limited to, using multiple Facebook pages and creating a new Facebook page so an immediate family member can enter.

Number of Entries Permitted:

 18. Entrants have unlimited entries to the competition.

Determination and Notification of winner:

19. The winner will have a valid entry submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.

20. The winner will be chosen at random on Monday the 4th of January 2021.

21. The winner will be contacted through a private message on Facebook within two days of being determined.

22. The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result or any other decisions the promoter makes in connection with the promotion.

23. The winner of the prize will be published on all Sunshine Toyota’s Social Media platforms if given permission to do so by the winner after being contacted.

24. If the winner has not claimed the prize by the 9th of January 2021 then he or she will forfeit the prize and the prize will be awarded to another randomly chosen valid entry submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Prize on Offer:

25. The prize that will be awarded to one winner is one $500 Visa Gift Card.

26. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

27. The prize is non-refundable.

28. The winner of the prize must comply with all the terms and conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier.

29. The prize must be claimed by the 9th of January 2021. If the winner does not take the prize by that time, the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.

30. The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the gift card provider. Once awarded, the promoter is not liable for the gift card in any way including but not limited to lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with.

Further Terms and Conditions:

31. The promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend the competition if an event beyond the control of the promoter occurs including the corruption of fairness, integrity and administration security.

32. The promoter has no responsibility for any error, interruption or delay in entries.

33. If the competition is not capable of running as planned for any reason or causes beyond the control of the promoter. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the competition.

34. The promoter reserves the right to re-draw the winner if the entrant is unable to satisfy these terms and conditions.

35. Entrants remain subject to Facebook’s terms and conditions.

36. By entering the competition, the entrant accepts these Terms and Conditions as in force at the time their first entry is submitted.

$5000 Cash Giveaway

The $5000 prize cash draw is applicable to Private and Bronze customers, and primary producers. Offer available on new, demonstrator 2020 built models and used Toyota cars purchased between 28/12/2020 and 31/12/2020 only at Sunshine Toyota with approved funds.

One winner will be chosen from entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  The draw will be performed by a random process.  The draw will take place at 4pm on 4/1/2021 at Sunshine Toyota.
