The Promotion: 

Sunshine Toyota (the promoter) is running a promotion where customers who purchase and take delivery of any in-stock new Toyota before June 30 2026 will receive a $1,000 Fuel card after delivery.

Who's eligible? 

1. Valid for Queensland residents over the age of 18, except employees and immediate family members of the promoter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister. 

2. Excludes for fleet, government and rental buyers. 

3. The promoter reserves the right to request customers to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated delivery address in order to claim the offer. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter. In the event that a customer cannot provide suitable proof, they will forfeit the offer in whole and no substitute will be offered . 

When to enter: 

4. Offer valid on new n-stock vehicles purchased and delivered between 6th May, 2026 and 30th June 2026.  

5. Vehicle's purchased outside of the above dates and delivered within the above dates are invalid. 

6. The time of purchase in each case will be the time the purchase is entered into the promoter’s database, not at the time of transmission by the entrant. 

7. The promoter will accept no responsibility for any late, lost, or misdirected purchases including delays due to technical disruptions, network congestion or any other reason. 

How to claim offer: 

8. Customers will need to purchase an in-stock new or demonstrator in-stock Toyota at Sunshine Toyota Currimundi between 6th May  & before 30th June, 2026.  

9. Customers can only claim the ‘$1,000 Fuel card offer’ once per vehicle purchased and will be required to sign an acknowledgement form upon receipt of their fuel card. 

10. Customers will receive their offer after taking delivery of their vehicle.  

11. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify an offer claim if: 

• Any or all claims are made on behalf of the customer by a third party. 

• The customer tampers with the purchasing/offer process. 

• The customer does not claim the offer in accordance with these terms and conditions. 

• The customer, in the opinion of the promoter engaged in conduct in entering the promotion that is misleading, deceptive or generally damaging the reputation of the promotion/promoter.  

Number of Entries Permitted: 

 12. Entrants can receive one (1) entry per vehicle, no maximum of entries. 

Prize on Offer: 

13. The Offer that will be awarded all entries is $1,000 fuel card. 

14. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. 

15. The prize is non-refundable. 

16. The customer must comply with all the terms and conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier. 

17. The prize must be claimed by the customer by July 31, 2026. If the customer does not acknowledge that they have accepted the offer by that time, the offer will forfeited by the customer.

18. The promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend the offer if an event beyond the control of the promoter occurs including the corruption of fairness, integrity and administration security. 

19. The promoter has no responsibility for any error, interruption or delay in claiming the offer. 

20. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason or causes beyond the control of the promoter. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion.

Each customer will receive a $1,000 Fuel card. The prize will be provided in physical fuel cards aftrer the customer has taken delivery of their vehicle and they are required to sign an acknowledgement form stating that they have claimed the prize.
