The Promotion: 

Sunshine Toyota (the promoter) is running a Giveaway promotion where customers who book in and service their vehicle during the promotion period will go into the draw to win a mini Toyota Landcruiser 300 Ride-on filled with additional Toyota Merchandise.  

1. Entry is open only to residents of the Sunshine Coast over the age of 18, except employees and immediate family members of the promoter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister. 
2. Entrants into the competition must be aged 18 or older on the date of their entry. 
3. The promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address in order to claim the prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered (another winner will be randomly drawn). 

4. Entries for the competition open on Monday March 23rd at 7:30am AEST and closes on Thursday 30th of April at 5pm AEST. The promoter must receive entries after the competition start date and time and before the close date and time. 
5. Entries received before the competition open time and after the competition close will be invalid. 
6. The time of entry in each case will be the time the online entry is received by the promoter’s database, not at the time of transmission by the entrant. 
7. The promoter will accept no responsibility for any late, lost, or misdirected entries including the delay of entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or any other reason. 

14. All entries / content deemed inappropriate by the promoter will be removed and the entry will be considered invalid. 

• Any or all entries are made on behalf of the entrant by a third party. 

• The entrant tampers with the entry process. 

• The entrant is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. 

• The entrant, in the opinion of the promoter engaged in conduct in entering the promotion that is misleading, deceptive or generally damaging the reputation of the promotion/promoter.  

 16. Entrants can receive 1 competition entry per vehicle service. 

17. The winner will have a valid entry submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. 
18. The winner will be chosen at random via a virtual barrel draw on Monday 4th May 2026 at Sunshine Toyota Currimundi. The winner will be contacted via phone by a Sunshine Toyota team member on the same day as the draw. 
19. The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result or any other decisions the promoter makes in connection with the promotion.
20. As part of the competition the prize winners agree to have their name and face published on all of Sunshine Toyota’s Social Media platforms, if the winner chooses not to do this the entry is null & void and a new weekly winner will be drawn. 
21. If the winner has not claimed the prize by the next business day after the weekly draw then he or she will forfeit the prize and the prize will be awarded to another randomly chosen valid entry submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. 

22. The prize that will be awarded to one winner is one Landcruiser 300 Mini Ride-On car filled with additional Toyota merchandise. 
23. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged. 
24. The prize is non-refundable. 
25. The winner of the prize must comply with all the terms and conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier. 
26. The prize must be claimed by the following business day after the weekly draw. If the winner does not take the prize by that time, the prize will forfeited by the winner and re-drawn.  

27. The promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend the competition if an event beyond the control of the promoter occurs including the corruption of fairness, integrity and administration security. 
28. The promoter has no responsibility for any error, interruption or delay in entries. 
29. If the competition is not capable of running as planned for any reason or causes beyond the control of the promoter. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the competition. 
30. The promoter reserves the right to re-draw the winner if the entrant is unable to satisfy these terms and conditions. 
31. By entering the competition, the entrant accepts these Terms and Conditions as in force at the time their first entry is submitted. 
32. This promotion is in no way affiliated, sponsored or endorsed by Meta or Toyota Motor Company Australia 

Sunshine Toyota reserves the right to amend the offer and terms at any stage.
