Who Are Grab Life by the Balls

Grab Life by the Balls started right here on the Sunshine Coast and has grown into a relaxed and friendly movement that brings men together in simple but meaningful ways. Think morning coffees, beach catch-ups, casual chats and a space where blokes can turn up and be themselves. No pressure, no judgement, just connection.

They focus on making it easier for men to talk about real stuff. Men often deal with things quietly, and sadly suicide is the leading cause of death for Australian men aged 18 to 44. Grab Life by the Balls is working on changing that by encouraging everyday conversations over something as simple as a coffee or a backyard-style barbecue. Their message is clear. Life feels better when we feel connected and talking about the tough stuff is totally okay. 

Why This Partnership Made So Much Sense

When we heard about the work they are doing, we knew we wanted to be part of it and we've been working with Sam & the Grab Life team for over 5 yars now. Their mission speaks directly to our values. We care about the well-being of the Sunshine Coast community and we want to help make a positive difference. 

Working together means we can help them reach more people, support more events and make sure more men across the Coast know they have a place to connect and talk openly. It is simple but powerful. 

Why Grab Life by the Balls Matters So Much

Grab Life by the Balls focuses on something that is incredibly important. Connection. Many men feel isolated or unsure how to open up. Their relaxed meet-ups give men a space to check in before things get overwhelming. That sort of early support can change lives in a very real way.

They also have a huge goal. They want to connect one million Australian boys and men through mateship and community events that help build long term support networks. It is big. It is bold. And it is needed.
